After reviewing the business finance facilities (primarily commercial property loans), we managed to identify savings of $10,000 per annum (as a minimum). Although the primary need was to provide Equipment Finance funding for circa $850k. The interest rate we delivered on this equipment finance funding (from one of the big four lenders) was 0.40% lower than the clients current bank (another big four lender where the client had banked for 30 years and they hadn’t tested the market until now). The savings on this $850k funding alone is $7,000 over 4 years.
