  • Year to Date Management Accounts with comparisons to Budgets if available.
  • Aged Debtors report, as at the end of last month.
  • Aged Creditors report, as at the end of last month.
  • ATO Portal (Integrated Client Account), current and showing 12 months history.
  • Budgets you may have for this financial year.

  • Personal Tax Returns & ATO Assessment Notices for the last 2 Financial Years.
  • A recent personal bank statement in relation to all parties.
  • 3 recent payslips.
  • Purchase Contract if applicable & Draft Memorandum of Transfer from your Conveyancer.
  • Current Certificate of Currency to confirm Building Insurance on the properties in question.
