Will it cost us anything to use your services?
“The short answer is “No” in 99% of cases.
The banks & other lenders generally pay upfront brokerage for transactions we introduce to them.
We are essentially an outsourced sales force, delivering real value to the banks as we only receive remuneration when we introduce & settle new business.
It could be argued that it will cost you if you don’t talk to us!
Why should we use your services, wouldn’t it be better to deal with the Banks directly?
“As we are totally independent and constantly handling enquiries, we are able to keep up to date with all the latest offers (both advertised & those which are not).
We generally obtain 3-5 comparison quotes from different lenders and then present you with the results to highlight the differences from a Price & Product offering point of view.
Do you only write loans with one or two Banks?
“We are accredited with all the main lenders, from 1st tier, 2nd tier, 3rd tier and private financiers/investors.
So we have access to literally hundreds of home loan products from over 20 organisations.
Ultimately all of these lenders offer the same brokerage (very minimal difference between them) which means our judgement is not clouded by other agenda’s, we simply source the very best product solution for you and your unique situation.
If you recommend changing Banks, how easy is that really?
